Standard shipping is free on US orders of $70 or more ($8 under $70) and takes 3–5 business days. Express, 1–2 business days, is $15. To Canada, standard shipping is free on orders of $199 or more and $20 under that.
Email usa@quarteredsteels.com with your order number and photos of the problem and we will put it right. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, and every shear carries a lifetime warranty on parts against manufacturing faults.
There are no duties on orders delivered within the United States. For Canada, our prices do not include Canadian sales tax: sales tax (typically 13%, depending on your province) and any duties are charged on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
