Shipping policy
This policy explains how and when Quartered Steels US ships your order. By ordering from this store, you accept the terms below.
Where we ship from
Every order ships from Quartered Steels USA in Kuna, Idaho. We use USPS, UPS, DHL and OSM.
United States
Standard shipping (3–5 business days): FREE on orders of $70 or more, $8.00 on orders under $70.
Express shipping (1–2 business days): $15.00.
Canada
Standard shipping (3–5 business days): FREE on orders of $199 or more, $20.00 on orders under $199.
Our prices do not include Canadian sales tax. Sales tax (typically 13%, depending on your province) and any duties are charged on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Other countries
Where we ship to other countries in the Americas, standard shipping is $30.00, and free on orders of $299 or more. The countries we ship to and the exact cost of your order are shown at checkout before you pay. Duties and taxes may be charged on delivery.
Handling time
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been processed. If an order has already been processed, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels damaged in transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse it from the carrier if you can and get in touch with us. If it was delivered without you being present, contact us and we will tell you the next steps.
