What does the warranty cover?+

A lifetime warranty on parts against manufacturing faults. It does not cover wear, corrosion or damage caused by everyday use, dropping or improper sharpening.

What’s your returns policy?+

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery — get in touch first and we’ll send you a free return label.

How do I look after it?+

Wipe dry after every use and oil the pivot regularly. When the edge eventually softens, our sharpening service returns it to a factory finish.
